If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchases you may return any eligible item within 14 days of the date of delivery for a full refund. To be eligible for a refund your item must be new and in the original condition that you received it.
Final sale items cannot be returned. Final sale items include, but are not limited to, digital products, Pokémon trading cards and products containing Pokémon trading cards. Digital products can include, but are not limited to, download codes for video games and video game expansions.
Please make sure the product is adequately packed, and whenever possible please return products in the original packaging they were sent to you in. Returns received not in the original packaging may be subject to a restocking fee.
Once your returned item is received, we will notify you via email that we have received your item and that the refund is in process. All refunds go to the original purchaser. Credits or refunds will be made to the same method of payment and account used to place the original order.
Replacement and exchange are not supported. Customers may return their original order for a refund and place a new order for the replacement. You will be responsible for paying the new price for the replacement item.
